If you want to have your run inLethal Companylast for a long time, you have to make sure that you constantly fulfill The Company’s quota to not get ejected. However, once you get accustomed to the game, you’ll commonly have a bunch of extra money, especially if you’re playing in a group.

This money can be used to buy various items, take the ship to high-tier moons, and get upgrades for it. One of the best upgrades you may get if you’re playing with other people is the Signal Translator, and here’s exactly how it works.

Lethal Company Signal Translator And Its Price In Shop

Lethal Company is currently in Early Access, and all the content of this article is subject to change.

How To Get Signal Translator

Much like every other item in Lethal Company, you’re able to find the Signal Translator ship upgrade in the store. This can beaccessed by typing “Store” on the terminal screen on the ship. Unfortunately, this costs a whopping $255 and you won’t be able to purchase it at the start since you only get $60 unless you use a mod.

You’ll have to ransack a few moons with your party and get a bunch of items to sell on the last day of your first quota. You can sell just enough to get $255,which will both fulfill your $130 quota and let you buy the Translator. Once purchased, this will become a part of your ship until the run lasts.

How To Use The Signal Translator

Once you’ve acquired the Signal Translator upgrade, you can use it by accessing the terminal once again andtyping “transmit " followed by the text you want to send. This text will be sent to every player on the map, and can be used to inform them about the presence of enemies or ally deaths.

This can also be used to convey the current time to the people inside the main building. However, keep in mind thatyou can only transmit a total of nine characters at a time, which includes the space taken by the gap between words.
