In the retro-futuristic post-apocalyptic world ofLethal Company, you find yourself a corporate contractor for “The Company”, scouring abandoned moons while dodging traps, hazards, and nightmarish creatures intent on ruining your day.
Getting your head torn off by monsters can be half the fun, but if you’re tired of staring at your friends through a spectator’s screen, we’ve got you! This guide goes in deep on each entity that haunts the moons of Lethal Company, and will teach you exactly how to fight and avoid them–or, if necessary, when to call it quits and strategically run away with your tail between your legs.

Lethal Company is currently in Early Access, which means certain details and mechanicsmight undergo changesas the game updates.
The Kidnapper Foxhas temporarily been removed from the game as of update V60!

Low-Threat Indoor Creatures
Indoor creatures spawnwithin the facility and mansion buildingsthat you can find on the various moons of Lethal Company.
In general, these creaturesspawn from vents.If a vent is open, that means thata creature recently spawned from it— be careful around the area!

Though most of these creaturescannot follow youout of the facility, there are some exceptions.
TheGhost GirlandDramatic Maskscan and will follow you all the way back to your ship, the latter of whom can befatal to your teambefore they realize what’s happening.

The following monsters, though still dangerous and potentially deadly, are some of the morerelatively easily dealt within the game—they can be out-maneuvered or avoided entirely if you know their mechanics.
Temperament:Docile / Aggressive (state-dependant)

High-Threat Indoor Creatures
The following monsters, on the other hand, aremuch more dangerousand challenging to deal with. Some of them can be considered ‘run-enders,’ meaning you willneed to evacuatethe whole moon once they hit a certain phase.
Appearance / Behavior
Contrary to popular belief, there isno one singular type of ‘Bracken Room’. The Bracken’s favorite room isgenerated procedurallyat the start of each match.
Ghost Girl States
Hiding
The Ghost Girl begins to stalk a player, as indicated by various typical “haunting” signs such aslaughing,heavy breathing,vocalizations,flickering power, andstaticin the audio.
Staring
The Ghost Girl appears near the player it is stalking, and stares at them. If it is approached or looked at for too long, it will eitherenter the “chasing” phaseordisappear temporarily.
Chasing
The Ghost Girlbegins to skipafter the player. If it touches the player in this state, it willinstantly kill the playerand pop their head off.
The Ghost Girlonlyhas a chance of entering this state if it islooked at more than twice.

Jester States
Closed
The Jester initially appears as aclosed Jack-in-the-Box with two legs. In this state, it istotally harmless: it will simply follow the players around.
Winding Up
The Jester stops moving and begins towind its box for about 40 seconds.
Popped
The Jester’s box opens to reveal a skull on a fleshy stalk of muscle. In this state, the Jester becomeshighly aggressiveand willtrack down any players within the facilityat speeds that far surpass the players' sprint speed.

Appearance/Behavior
Thesound of a Barber jumpingresembles ametallic, almost musical clang, and is consistent while you’re in its range, so be careful not to mistake it for a Spike Trap.
Low-Threat Outdoor Creatures
Outdoor creatures can only befound outside of the facility buildingsand cannot follow the player inside. Several of these, however,can enter the shipif the doors are not closed.
The following low-threat creatures can be easily avoided or countered if you know their mechanics and should not pose too much of a threat to a traveling player.

High-Threat Outdoor Creatures
The following high-threat outdoor creatures are much more deadly and must be treated with caution.
They will generallyonly spawn after sunsetunless you are on anEclipsed moon—in which case they canspawn at any timeof the day.
