WhilePalworldis known for the creatures called Pals that roam the archipelago, they’re not the only things you can catch as you explore. The Pal Spheres know no limits, and will capture whatever you throw them at, including people. This is frowned upon, but it’s not restricted.
However, there’s no indication that you can catch humans in Palworld unless you try, so what are the odds of catching potential new friends? We’ve caught a few, so here’s everything you need to know to have your own collection of humans (which are not considered Pals) at your base in Palworld.
How To Catch Humans
While you’ll spend most of your time catching Pals, you can also catch humans. There are many humans you’ll come across in your adventures, from survivors to thugs and merchants.
When you aim yourPal Sphereat them,a percentage may not appear. However, you can still throw a Pal Sphere and attempt to catch them.
Theodds of catching a human are quite low, sometimes less than two percent, but it is possible. Youmay go through a dozen Pal Spheres though, so if you’re set on catching a human, it’s best to come prepared.
Carefullylower the human’s health–the lower the better–then start throwing Pal Spheres. You cancatch a human in a basic Pal Sphere, though your odds willimprove with upgraded Pal Spheres.
When you catch a human, you’ll be warned that it’s considered inhumane, but the game won’t stop you from doing it.
What Humans Can You Catch?
There areseveral groups of humansthat you’ll come across in Palworld. Below are some examples of the ones you can catch anduse in your party or deploy at base:
If they’re human, you may catch them. The exception would be syndicate bosses, likeZoe and Grizzbolt, who cannot be captured.
What Do Humans Do
Humanscan be deployed at your base, though they can only help out at crafting benches. They will help you craft more Pal Spheres, arrows, and more.
Humans will need a Pal Bed and food just like your Pals, though you cannot pick them up and pet them.
You can alsobring humans with you in your party, though they aren’t very strong. However, it can be fun to have a human traveling companion at times–despite the lack of a Partner Skill, as the game tells you thatonly Pals have Partner Skills.
Using humans at your base isn’t recommended, as they aren’t able to do much, but it’s a fun feature to mess around with if you happen to catch one. You can also rename them, like you can with other Pals.
