Wingspan Objective Scoreboard

Updated on July 26, 2025, by Sai Vsr:In this update, we have added the Wingspan Objective Scoreboard. Check it out below.

Wingspan Objective Scoreboard

Keeping track… in style.

The Wingspan Objective Scoreboard is a wooden, laser-cut goal board designed for tracking game objectives. It features detailed engravings and slots for easy placement of goal markers.

The Wingspan Objective Scoreboard Wooden Laser Cut Goal Board is a really cool accessory that’ll make your Wingspan games even more fun. This quality wooden scoreboard looks great and keeps everything organized. With intricate laser-cut details, it’s got that rustic charm that fits the natural vibe of Wingspan. And at about 11 x 7 inches, it’s the perfect size. The scoreboard’s also got spots to track each round’s goals, so you may easily see how you’re doing. And since it’s made of wood, it’ll hold up nicely even after lots of games. Finally, not only is it practical for keeping score, but also the laser-cut birds and plants make it look like it came right out of the Wingspan artwork. All pretty compelling reasons, in our opinion.

Wingspan Asia Expansion

Soaring to New Heights!

This expansion introduces a novel two-player duet mode and an expansive 6-7 player flock expansion, adding fresh dimensions to your gameplay.

Wingspan: Asia is currently my favorite of all the Wingspan expansions, largely because of its versatility. If you’re into cozy two-player games, the new duet mode can be the perfect solution. Play it during date nights or intimate sessions with a friend.

Alternatively, for those who loveplaying in large groups, the flock mode is a real treat, expanding the game to accommodate up to 7 players.

Now, I do miss the charming bird feeder dice tower from the base game. However, the new duet tokens, goal tiles, and the turn dial for the flock mode add new layers of strategy and visual charm that all make up for it.

Wingspan Oceania Expansion box featuring a laughing kookaburra in flight

The artwork is as stunning as ever, and the new bird powers seamlessly integrate with the existing deck. This adds depth to the gameplay without overcomplicating the mechanics. Whether you’re a two-player team or a seven-player flock, Wingspan Asia adds a vibrant new dimension to a game you already love.

Wingspan European Expansion

A Flight Through Europe’s Skies

The Wingspan European Expansion takes your game to new heights with 81 unique European bird cards, five new bonus cards, and enhanced round-end scoring mechanisms.

Unlike the Asia expansion with its new gameplay modes, the European Expansion sticks to the core of what made Wingspan great. So, it’s a great choice for those who adore the base game. It doesn’t completely overhaul any of the original mechanics and components. Instead, it infuses it with intriguing new bird abilities and interactions, like the Eurasian Hobby’s nesting power.

There’s also a nifty digital version that brings these birds to life with delightful animations and fresh artwork.

But, be ready for a bit more complexity. Some of these European birds have detailed abilities that might take a game or two to fully grasp. And yes, there are a few more pieces to keep track of, but isn’t that part of the fun?!

Wingspan Oceania Expansion

A Colorful Adventure Down Under

Wingspan Oceania, the second expansion for Wingspan, introduces vibrant birds from Australia and New Zealand, adding new components and strategies.

The thing that makes Oceania one of thebest board game expansionsis that it’s one of the easiest to get accustomed to—even for beginners! Unlike the European Expansion, which deepened existing gameplay, and the Asia Expansion, which added new player modes, Oceania revitalizes the game with tangible, playful twists. It introduces 95 vibrant new birds from Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific. Plus, some neat new mechanics that add depth to the game.

TowerRex Wingspan Food Resource Tokens Set, featuring 105 tokens in various colours and shapes

The real star of the show for this release is Nectar. It’s a new food type that acts as a wildcard, usable in place of any other food. It’s a game-changer, offering flexibility in playing birds or using abilities, especially when the bird feeder isn’t showing what you need. BUT, and here’s the catch: any unused Nectar disappears at the end of the round. This introduces a delightful strategic dilemma – use it wisely or lose it.

The new player mats are another standout feature. They offer two crucial new actions: resetting the bird feeder and the bird tray. Tired of bad luck with food or bird options? These mats let you shake things up, literally and figuratively, giving you more control over these elements of the game. It’s a refreshing change that keeps the gameplay dynamic and engaging.

Admittedly, with all these exciting new components, you might face a bit of a storage challenge. Still, that’s a minor hiccup in the grand scheme of the expansion’s impact on the game.

Wingspan Fan Art Pack

A Feathered Tribute by Fans

The Wingspan Fan Art Pack is a unique 255-card collection, showcasing stunning bird artwork created by Wingspan fans worldwide.

The next one isn’t exactly what you’d call a traditional expansion. It’s a unique collection of Wingspan fan artwork from players around the world. Each of the 255 cards is a mini-masterpiece, showcasing a diverse range of artistic styles and interpretations of our feathered friends.

The beauty of this pack lies in its versatility. You can:

That last option offers a unique gameplay experience, closely aligned with the bonus card percentages, ensuring a balanced and enjoyable game.

But there’s more to this pack than just beauty and flexibility. By purchasing it, you’re also supporting charitable causes dedicated to bird conservation and animal welfare. Stonemaier Games has generously donated $25,000 to various organizations, making your addition to your Wingspan collection not just a visual delight but also a gesture of support for these important causes.

Wingspan Speckled Eggs

A Colorful Nest of Fun!

The Wingspan Speckled Eggs upgrade is a charming set of 100 egg tokens, featuring ten unique color combinations that mirror the beauty of real bird eggs.

I won’t lie; I first bought these purely because I thought they were a cute addition to the base game. However, when I started playing with larger groups (my house gets pretty packed with family and friends on Friday nights), I found a more solid justification for this impulsive purchase. No more scrambling for eggs mid-game—I had 100 of them just waiting for me to use them. It made every game flow much easier, and the enjoyment lasted much longer.

The best part? They fit in perfectly with your existing Wingspan components, maintaining the game’s elegant aesthetic while adding a splash of color.

Ideal as a gift for the Wingspan enthusiast in your life or as a treat for yourself, these speckled eggs are a fun, fanciful addition to your game. They may not be necessary for gameplay, but they sure do make your playmat pop with color and life.

TowerRex Wingspan Food Resource Tokens Set

A Feast for the Eyes—and Hands!

This handcrafted, deluxe wooden token set includes 105 pieces, featuring 21 tokens each of Fish, Berries, Worms, Wheat, and Rodents, designed to enrich your gameplay with their tactile and visual appeal.

I have incredibly sweaty hands, which makes it hard for me to play games made of materials that easily get wet. (I know, and I’m into BOARD and CARD games?) Still, I don’t let this deter me from playing what I love. This is why I scoured the depths of Amazon to find this next nifty upgrade for Wingspan: the TowerRex Food Resource Tokens Set.

These wooden tokens add a durable and tactile aspect to your gameplay. Each piece is carefully crafted, offering a pleasing feel and a clear distinction between the different food types – something that’s particularly helpful during play.

Yes, they’re pricier than the original cardboard tokens, but their longevity and the enhanced experience they provide are worth the investment. It’s a bit of a letdown that they don’t include nectar tokens for the Oceania expansion, but for everything else in the base game and other expansions, they’re a perfect fit. Whether you’re looking to breathe new life into your Wingspan game or searching for a thoughtful gift for a Wingspan enthusiast, these tokens are an excellent choice.

How do the new expansions change the gameplay of Wingspan?

Each expansion brings a unique element to the game:

They enrich the game with new strategies, birds, and components while still maintaining the core essence of Wingspan.

Are the components in the expansions compatible with the base game?

Yes, all components from the Wingspan expansions are designed to be fully compatible with the base game. This includes new bird cards, food tokens (like the Nectar in the Oceania Expansion), and even the unique eggs and resource tokens from various upgrades.

Do the expansions add any new bird species, and how do they impact the game?

Each expansion introduces a range of new bird species, reflecting different regions of the world. For instance, the European Expansion brings birds native to Europe, while the Oceania Expansion focuses on species from Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific region. These new birds come with unique powers and abilities that add depth and variety to the game.
