Chevreuseis a four-star character inGenshin Impactthat gave a new life to one of the most forgotten reactions, overloaded. She is a special character in Genshin Impact’s character roster because she is one of only two characters who can change how reactions behave. To make the perfect team compositions for Chevreuse, you need to understand how Chevreuse’s skill set works.

Chevreuse’s entire skill set is based on buffing only Electro and Pyro characters and, for her passives that enable this buff to work, her party members have to be only Electro and Pyro. With in-built resistance shred and attack buffs for her whole party, Chevreuse is a contender for one of the best four-star characters in Genshin Impact.

Chevreuse’s Best Overall Team: Raiden Shogun Hypercarry

Hoyoverse made no mistake putting Chevreuse on Raiden Shogun’s banner.She is one of Raiden Shogun’s best supports in her Hypercarry team.

Raiden Shogun’s high damage output canmake full use of Chevreuse resistance shred and attack buffs, making this a great team if you are looking to output big damage numbers with Raiden Shogun. The units for this team composition are;

Alwaysstart the battle with Raiden Shogun’s Eye of Stormy Judgement active(Raiden Shogun’s elemental skill effect) and when using Bennett and Kujo Sara’s elemental skills, make sure theyget the energy particles from their elemental skills before switching characters.

This will make sure all party members’bursts are ready for the next rotationwhen Raiden Shogun’s burst duration ends during battle.

This team is easy to play and the rotation for this team is;

Action

Bennett

Start by using Bennett’selemental skill and then his Elemental Burst.This will provide your characters that take the field with a powerful attack buff and constant healing if Bennett is at least C1. Make sureRaiden’s Shogun’s Eye of Stormy Judgement is activewhile doing this, since it willtrigger an overloadedreaction with Bennett’s Pyro application.

Chevreuse

Chevreuse’s elemental skills grant her an"Overcharged shot"when any of her party members trigger Overloaded.Use her hold Elemental skill to unleash the Overcharged shotand give Electro and Pyro characters in your party a40% attack buffthanks to her passive (make sure your Chevreuse has at least 40,000HP, to receive the full buff from her passive)

Kujo Sara

Instantly useKujo Sara’s elemental skill and then her elemental burst,this will grant the next character that takes the field apowerful attack buff.

Raiden Shogun

Raiden Shogun’sChakra stacks (burst stacks) should be almost full by now, and with loads of buffs from all our party members, unleash Raiden Shogun’s powerful judgment on enemies with herelemental burst.When Raiden Shogun’s burst duration ends,use her Elemental Skill, and the rotation can be done again.

Chevreuse Four-Star Team

Chevreuse is also a veryfree-to-play friendly characterbecause her buffs apply to a variety of great four-star sub-DPS characters, likeXiangling, Fishcl, Thoma, etc. With greatoff-field damage-dealing characters and with the addition of powerful supportslike Bennett, you can cook apowerful four-star teamthat can even clear Abyss floor 12 without much effort.

It’s recommended to only use this team if you haveXiangling’s C4, otherwise, the duration of Xiangling’s burst would be too short to do proper rotations with this team.

Constellationson characters in this team willmake a huge difference in overall DPS.

The ideal required constellations for this team areminimum C1 Bennett and C4 Xiangling.Fischl and Chevreuse can be used at C0, but their damage will be much greater with higher constellations.

The rotations for this team are;

Use Bennett’s elemental skill, then his elemental burst for anAttack Buff and healing.

Fischl

Fischl’s elemental burst or skillwill be used here to trigger an overloaded reaction toprovide Chevreuse with an Overcharged shotand to decrease the enemies' Pyro and Electro resistance.

Use Chevreuse’sHold Elemental skill to get an attack buffand her burst for some extra damage.

Xiangling

Xiangling’s burst will be the main damage dealerin this team composition. Start by using her elemental skill and then her Elemental Burst. Doswitch to Bennett periodically,and use his elemental skill for energy particles to ensure you will have the character’s burst ready for the next rotation.

Chevreuse Yoimiya Overloaded

Yoimiya is a great character that works with Chevreuse sinceYoimiya is a ranged DPS character, she can ignore Overloaded throwing enemies around.

With Yoimiya’s great damage output as a limited five-star character,Chevreuse can provide Yoimiya with consistent buffs. One thing worth noting is that in this team,C0 Chevreuse’s damage buffs are almost on par with a limited five-star characterlike C0 Kazuha.

Avariety of characters can be used in the final Electro character slot, depending on your preference. The best characters that could use this slot arepowerful off-field DPS characters like Yae Miko, Beidou, Fischl,etc.

Lisais also an excellent choice if you prefermaximum buffs on your Yoimiya. Lisa’s second ascension passive provides anenemy DEF% reduction, and she can be equipped withThrilling Tales Of Dragon Slayers(a three-star weapon with an attack buff passive) for even more damage.

Playing this team composition is straightforward;

Fischl/off-field electro applier

Use your Electro character’soff-field electro-applying skill,and you can switch to the next character.

Use your Chevreuse’s Elemental Burst totrigger an overloaded reaction and to get an “Overcharged shot”. Use the “Overcharged” shot on the enemy for a party-wide attack buff.

Bennett’s usage here is obvious.Use his elemental skill, then his elemental burst, andyou are ready to take your main DPS onto the field.

Yoimiya

Simply use Yoimiya’selemental skilland thenspam her normal attacksuntil her elemental skill duration ends.
