With Black Friday behind us and the holiday season in full swing, you’d think anyNintendo Switchgames that sell even remotely well would be back up to full price. However, some of the console’s biggest titlesare currently on sale at Best Buy. Perhaps another indication that we will have a newNintendoconsole by this time next year, leading the way isSuper Mario Odyssey, a game that has sold well since launch, which is available for $40 instead of $60 at Best Buy right now.
While Odyssey is the biggest game among those reduced, and is absolutely a Switch game you should play if you haven’t already, it isn’t the only Mario game you may get for less at Best Buy right now. Pretty much every Mario sports spinoff released on the console is also on sale. That includesMario Strikers: Battle League,Mario Golf: Super Rush, andMario Tennis Aces.Super Mario Maker 2is also down to $40 if you want to have a crack at building your very own 2D Mario levels.

Super Mario Odyssey
WHERE TO PLAY
Super Mario Odyssey brought the 3D platforming series to the Nintendo Switch for the first time. Launched in 2017, it sees Mario team up with a sentient hat named Cappy, as they look to save Princess Peach once again.
Also subjected to the same $20 price cut as all of the games above isLuigi’s Mansion 3. No, not technically a Mario game since the green brother is its star, but Mario does make an appearance. Again, an absolute must-play if you own a Switch and don’t have this one already, especially with the HD version of Luigi’s Mansion 2 launching next year. Yes, I know 2 comes before 3, but playing the Luigi’s Mansion games in order isn’t a necessity.

Luigi’s Mansion 3
Launched for the Nintendo Switch in 2019, Luigi’s Mansion is an action-adventure puzzler in which you play Mario’s hapless brother. You must traverse a haunted hotel full of horrors in order to rescue your friends.
As if all of that wasn’t enough, Nintendo Switch Sports andKirby’s Return To Dream Land Deluxeare also down to $40 at Best Buy right now. The former is severely underrated since it wasn’t bundled with the console and given away for free like its predecessor, and the latter is aKirbygame that fell under the radar somewhat since it launched this year, a 12-month period teeming with top titles.

Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe
Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe brings the beloved Wii classic platformer to the Nintendo Switch. It features solo play alongside four-player local co-op, new features, and a whole bunch of minigames.
Best Buy has continued to keep prices of certain Switch games low after their prices were cut for Black Friday.NBA 2K24 is less than half price- just $25 right now -Breath of the Wild is $51, andMario Kart 8 Deluxe is available for $57. Okay, that’s only a saving of $3, but finding this juggernaut of a Switch game available for anything less than $60 is a deal anyone who doesn’t own it already should pounce on. Yes, apparently there are still people out there who don’t own the latestMario Kartgame yet.
