After you get inside the rocks,head downto where the water is, and enter the small rocky entrance. As soon as you get in there,turn left, and you should spot the doll.
After you go inside, turn to the left and the doll will be there.
At the bottom of the broken trees.
Collecting all the Windswept Dolls will earn you theDoll Collector Trophy/Achievement.
