You cancomplete everything in one playthrough, as you enter a free-roam state once you beat the game. Many trophies can beunlocked by completing the main quests, though a few require you to complete side quests and complete melee challenges.

Fully upgrade the sword and bow.
Tools of a Prophet
Collect all amulets.
There are 37 Amulets to find across the entire map. You can find them in chests or earn them as rewards.
Elixir of Gods
Acquire all Soma Tree Petals
You can find Soma Tree Petals after defeating main quest bosses, opening chests, or purchasing them from vendors.
Cyra’s Last Hope
Find the Herbalist’s last camp.
Visit Cyra’s camp in the forest (accessible after unlocking the Fabric of Time ability).
Written in the Sand
Find and break every sand jar.

Speak with every Wak-Wak head.

Defeat a Lost Warrior.
Start the Lost Warriors Side Quest and find the first missing soldier.
All the Time in the World
Defeat enemies and open chests to collect Time Crystals.
Air Dancer
Eliminate 30 enemies in the air.
Defeat aerial enemies or send enemies flying and defeat them in midair.
Kick or throw enemies into spikes to defeat them.
