After trouncing your opponents in Endor Colosseum, you’ll unlock the second region that you’re able to explore inDragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince. The Circle of Conquest is a pretty grim area, though by no means the grimmest, and is home to a great number of new monsters to scout and add to your party.
This is also the area in which you’ll unlock monster synthesis, so it’ll become apparent very quickly what a bunch of new monsters to recruit means: a whole bunch of synthesis fodder for you to experiment with on your quest to become a powerful monster wrangler.
