Where To Get All Iconic Cyberware In Phantom Liberty
Just like regular cyberware, most of the iconic cyberware isobtainable from ripperdocs. Specifically, the ripperdocs found inPhantom Liberty’s Dogtown. These ripperdocs are:
Anthony Andersonis only available if you save him during the “Dogtown Saints” gig.Fardia Nazerionly becomes available after the “Birds with Broken Wings” main job.
Most iconic cyberware hasextremely high cyberware capacity requirements. It’s unlikely you’ll be able to install more than two or three of these pieces without making extreme sacrifices or having unfilled slots.
Most iconic cyberware is alsoprohibitively expensive. However, many areavailable for freelooting Dogtown’s Airdrops. These drops are random, so make sure to investigate each one you come across for a chance to make mad eddies in the form of free iconic cyberware.

Alters physical and digital identity upon activation, allowing you to evade the law up to bounty level four.
Only available after level 35.

TheCockatrice Optics are easily the single largest crit-chance boost in the game, but installing them means forgoing the utility of the Oracle Optics. Tech weapon users might also prefer the Stalker Optics for being able to see further through walls.

Sandevistan users will have a difficult time choosing between the Axolotl and the Quantum Tuner. It’s easier to obtain the Axolotl, but 55 Cyberware Capacity is a lot even by iconic standards. It’s recommended tostart with the Axolotl(if you can) andthen upgrade to the Quantum Tunerlater.
35 Cyberware Capacity
-35 percent weapon recoil, -25 percent bullet spread
Activates effects for ranged weapons that would normally occur behind cover (such as the Ready Steady mod).

It’s debatable whether Leeroy Ligament System is better than Jenkins' Tendons. WhileLeeroy provides higher average speedswhether you’re running, walking, or crouching,Jenkin’s Tendons provides higher overall sprint speedas well as a Body Attuned health boost.
20 Cyberware Capacity
+30 percent movement speed on entering combat for 50 seconds.
Reflexes Attuned: +3.0 sec. duration with this cyberware per Attribute Point.
Deep-Field Visual Interface
Increased crit chance the further you are from the target (max 95 percent at 90m).
Revulsor
Slows time by 60 percent for four seconds when health drops to 25 percent.
Cooldown: 40 seconds.
Cool Attuned: −0.25 sec. Cooldown with this cyberware per Attribute Point.
Deep-Field Visual Interfacemight seem like a great way to increase your crit chance, but the distances required reallyonly make it useful for long-distance snipers. If you’re in peoples' faces with a shotgun, don’t waste your eddies.

Despite being iconic, theNetwatch Netdriver isn’t necessarily the best cyberdeck available. Other cyberdecks offer different buffs that don’t require quickhacking through devices.
