We can’t wait to dive into this year’s ocean of games. 2024 is just swirling with exciting new titles, and we want to drown in them. Swimming metaphor aside, this year is seriously stacked. We have long-anticipated reboots, sequels that have beenyearsin the making, last-year titles that have been delayed from 2023 after much hype, and best of all, games with thrilling premises that push the envelope of what it means to be a video game.

So, this is likely to be the final update of this page. But worry not, the next one will be coming right up, and will keep you updated on 2025’s releases. It’s been a hell of a year, folks!

January 2024 Games
January starts off strong with Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, and Tekken 8. As 2024 continues on, you can bet we’ll see even more releases filling up the month. Just wait till you get a load of February.

February 2024 Games
What is it with February being the month when a bevy of publishers decides to launch their games? Not only do we get the Persona 3 remake, we also get some delicious Destiny 2 expansion content, the Tomb Raider remasters, the intriguing survival game Nightingale, and the long-delayed Skull and Bones. Oh, and we finally get to play Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. We’ll see how it goes!

Only a few games are set for April 2024, but the ones we currently have are ones to keep an eye out for. Whether you’re curious about the Metroidvania gameplay of Tales of Kenzera: Zau or the Dragon Ball art style of Sand Land, there are fantastic niche games coming out this month. And if you check back here again, mayhaps more games will appear.
May 2024 Games
The Xbox family is getting a long-anticipated title in May. We’ve been getting sneak peeks at Senua’s Saga for years at this point, so we can’t wait to get our hands on it toward the end of the month. We’re also getting the PC version of Ghost of Tsushima and the World of Goo sequel. And did we forget to mention the remake for Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door on Switch?

July 2024 Games
July starts off with a bang, as we’re getting DawntrailandZenless Zone Zero in the very first week. Between Frostpunk 2 and Kunitsu-Gami, the rest of the month has rounded off nicely as well.
August 2024 Games
August is another stacked month. Black Myth: Wukong will be releasing this month, and many are hopeful that it will give FromSoftware a run for their money. Other big releases include the highly anticipated Visions of Mana and Star Wars Outlaws. Rounding it all off are a pretty healthy supply of smaller releases, like Volgarr The Viking 2, Dustborn, and Shadow of the Ninja - Reborn.

September 2024 Games
September has filled out brilliantly. The ext big Soulslike is coming in the form of Enotia, Warhammer 40k’s Space Marine 2 will finally be launching, and the classic PC title Age of Mythology will be getting its first console release. But we all know therealbig deals here are the releases of Astro Bot and The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom!

October 2024 Games
October is the month where we will finally get our hands on the Silent Hill 2 remake. It has been a bumpy ride, but we will finally get to see if studio Bloober was able to pull it off. However, what the biggest release is most certainly Metaphor Re Fantazio. This has been a year of killer RPGs, will Metaphor be able to live up to the hype?

December 2024 Games
December is looking to be a chill conclusion to this years releases, but there are still a few big hits.Indiana Jones and The Great Circle, Marvel Rivals,andAlien: Rogue Incursionare all releasing this month. Additionally, don’t sleep on Antonblast, it is a ton of fun!
